These terms apply to the Sudoku Arena website and app ("Sudoku Arena", "we"). By using Sudoku Arena you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using Sudoku Arena

  • Sudoku Arena is free to play. You can play practice puzzles without an account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and security answer private, and for activity on your account.

Fair play

Leaderboards only mean something if everyone plays fairly. You agree not to:

  • use solvers, bots, scripts or any automated tool to play, or tamper with the game or its network traffic;
  • create several accounts to manipulate leaderboards, tournaments or friends leagues;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our servers or other players' accounts.

We may hold, remove or void scores, and suspend or close accounts, when we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

Usernames and conduct

Usernames are visible to other players. Don't choose one that is offensive, hateful, impersonates someone else or infringes anyone's rights. We may change or remove usernames that break this rule.

Ads

Sudoku Arena shows ads provided by Google. Clicking ads must be genuine: don't click ads you aren't interested in, and never ask others to. Optional rewarded ads ("watch an ad to continue") give in-game benefits only and have no cash value. How ads use cookies is explained in the privacy policy.

Our content

The Sudoku Arena name, design, software and texts belong to us. Sudoku itself is a public puzzle format; the individual puzzles are generated by our software for you to play here.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sudoku Arena running well, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or end features (including scoring rules, tournaments and ads) at any time. If we make important changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sudoku Arena is not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of data, scores, rankings or medals. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. See deleting your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
