To help us help you

• Bug reports: say what you were doing, what happened, and your device and browser (for example "Android, Chrome" or "Windows, Edge"). A screenshot helps.
• Account help: include your username. Never send your password; we will never ask for it.
• Score or leaderboard questions: include your username and roughly when you played.
• Suggestions: new features, puzzle ideas, anything that would make the game better.

Account and privacy requests

You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. If you can't sign in, see deleting your account. For anything about your personal data, see the privacy policy.

Advertising questions

If an ad on the site looks inappropriate or misleading, please email us the page you saw it on and a short description, and we will block it.
